Crop Soil pH is the basis for application rates. Do not apply to soils with a pH of less than 6.0 with no lime content.
Soil pH of 6.3 to 6.8
Apply 500 to 800 pounds per treated acre as a maintenance and replacement program.
Soil pH of 6.8 to 7.3
Apply 800 to 1000 pounds treated acre for pH reduction and element replacement.
Soil pH of 7.3 to 7.7
Apply 1000 to 1500 pounds per treated acre for pH reduction and element replacement.
Soil pH of 7.8 to 8.9 and higher (alkali soil)
Apply 2000 to 3000 pounds per treated acre for pH reduction and plant growth.
Homeowner, Garden and Nursery
Apply (1) tablespoon to 1/4 cup per 4" to 6" potted plant. Apply 1/2 cup to 1 cup per 8" to 12" potted plant. Spread evenly over surface and water into plant or mix with soil contents of pot size then plant or seed.
Lawns and Flower Beds
Apply 3 - 5 pounds of "Orgranic Soil Amendment Plus" to 100sq/feet of surface or 30 to 50 pounds per 1000 sq/feet of surface.
